Q: What if I miss the 48-hour payment deadline?
A: Send an email to enrol@eswatiniskills.org explaining the delay. We typically allow a 72-hour grace period. Contact sessions may shift if payment is significantly late.
Q: Can I pay partially now and the rest later?
A: Yes, if arranged in advance. Email admin@eswatiniskills.org to request a payment plan. Typically we require 50% upfront, 50% within 2 weeks.
Q: My payment confirmation shows "pending." When is it cleared?
A: Bank transfers usually clear within 1 - 2 business days. Mobile money is instant (usually within 1 hour). We send LMS access once cleared. If pending for >48 hours, contact enrol@eswatiniskills.org.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: Refunds are available for cancellations before first contact session (100% refund) or within 7 days of enrollment (80% refund). After first session, refunds are not provided. Requested in writing via admin@eswatiniskills.org.
Q: Can I use a debit/credit card?
A: Yes. You can use the secure card checkout option on this page for debit or credit card payments. If you prefer, mobile money and bank transfer are still available as alternatives.
Q: I sent payment but never got LMS access. What went wrong?
A: Most commonly, the reference number was omitted or misspelled. Email enrol@eswatiniskills.org with proof of payment (screenshot/receipt) + your enrollment email. ECSA will manually verify and activate within 4 hours.
