Course listings, fees, dates, and access conditions may be updated. ECSA will provide confirmations for final enrollment terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Website content, training material, and branding are protected. Reproduction or redistribution requires written permission unless expressly allowed.
4. Payments and Access
Paid and free courses may have different eligibility, verification, and access controls. Access can be limited or revoked where fraud, misuse, or policy breaches are detected.

ECSA provides services on an as-available basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent allowed by law.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Notice and applicable Eswatini law, including the Data Protection Act, 2022.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini, subject to the jurisdiction of competent Eswatini courts and tribunals.
