Unused licenses typically roll over into the next contract year. You maintain access, and we work with you to adjust pacing and delivery methods to maximize participation.
Can we customize the curriculum to our specific needs? +
Absolutely. Enterprise packages include custom curriculum development. We adapt content to your industry standards, operational context, and compliance requirements. Foundation/Professional packages use our standard curriculum.
Do you offer on-site delivery or just online? +
Primarily online (self-paced + live webinars). However, Enterprise packages can include on-site bootcamps, off-site intensives, or blended delivery at ECOT Mbabane. Additional fees apply.
How do we track learner progress and compliance? +
Real-time dashboard showing individual progress, course completion, assessments, and certificates. We provide monthly (Professional+) or quarterly (Foundation) reports with insights. Enterprise clients get custom reporting.
Are the certificates recognized for government/regulatory compliance? +
Our certificates are issued with CPD verification (pending full CIC accreditation). Pillar E (free courses) already qualify for most government compliance requirements. We work with agencies to ensure alignment with their regulatory standards.
What if we need to add more employees mid-contract? +
We can add seats on a pro-rata basis. Most contracts include flexibility to increase enrollments without penalty if added within the contract year.
